   The Heat 16 program is the best abdominal course within the ABoratory. It’s recommended for all abilities. It’s a 16 week GYM based course. The program doesn’t expire. It consists of 8 instructional videos that ranges from 4-6 workouts per regimen. Abdominists will learn and practice over 40 exercises that will reduce, produce and enhance their abdominal wall. Waist line included.
