One Wheel Motion


The One Wheel Motion program is a 6 week course. The program doesn’t expire. It can be performed anywhere. During this course, abdominists will learn and practice 8 beneficial ways to REDUCE belly fat, PRODUCE muscle and ENHANCE core strength with the use of an ab-roller.
